Shenzhen needs to handle the conditions of social security information change

One of the following conditions is met: 1. change of business license registration information; 2. change of payment bank account number; 3. change of contact information; 4. change of bound social security; 5. change of login password for the unit declaration system; 6. change of payment method; 7. change of bill delivery method; 8. change of manager and his/her cell phone number; 9. other matters specified by the social security agency. Change; 9. Other matters specified by the social insurance agency.

Legal Basis

Article 58 of the Law of the People's Republic of China on Social Insurance An employer shall, within 30 days from the date of employment, apply for social insurance registration with the social insurance administration organization for its employees. If the employer fails to register for social insurance, the social insurance agency shall approve the social insurance premiums to be paid by the employer.

Individual industrial and commercial households without employees who voluntarily participate in social insurance, part-time workers who do not participate in social insurance with their employers, and other flexibly employed persons shall apply to the social insurance administrative organization for social insurance registration.

The State establishes a nationally unified individual social security number. The personal social security number is a citizen's identity number.
