3. The administrative departments of human resources and social security in counties (cities) implement labor security supervision on the following employers: enterprises (except those under the jurisdiction of the provincial administrative departments of human resources and social security) and individual industrial and commercial households that have registered social insurance in the social labor insurance institutions in counties (cities) and the offices of municipal social security offices; County (city), district organs, institutions and social organizations; Private non-enterprise units approved (put on record) by county (city) and district government departments; Other social organizations that should be established by the competent departments of the county (city) and district people's governments according to law.
