Emergency expenses can be reimbursed by medical insurance. As long as the medical expenses incurred in the outpatient service of designated medical insurance institutions can be directly reimbursed at the time of settlement of general outpatient service, the expenses incurred in the outpatient service of non-designated medical insurance institutions cannot be reimbursed by medical insurance.

When the social security card is used for settlement, the reimbursement fee is directly charged by the hospital from the medical insurance account in my social security card.

If the emergency has not been settled by medical insurance card, you can bring your valid ID card, outpatient medical record, invoice and social security card to the local social security bureau to apply for reimbursement according to the process.

How much can emergency expenses be reimbursed?

1. This year (11October1Feb. 31Feb.), the total medical expenses of the employees in medical insurance coverage basically exceeded 2,000 yuan.

2. Compared with the settlement, 50% of the dispatched personnel with more than 2,000 yuan will be reimbursed during the contract period, and 50% will be paid by the individual; Within one year, the maximum amount of accumulated reimbursement for outpatient and emergency services of dispatched personnel is 20,000 yuan.

3. The insured shall properly keep the outpatient medical documents (including receipts and prescriptions below a large amount) in the designated hospitals as medical expense reimbursement vouchers.
