How to make accounting entries for social security adjustment

1, when enterprise social security underpayment is adjusted:

Debit: Payable Staff and Workers-Social Security of the Company

Other receivables-personal social security

Loans: bank deposits

2, enterprise social security overpayment adjustment:

Debit: Employee Payable-Company Social Security (red)

Other Receivables-Personal Social Security (Red)

Loan: Bank deposit (in red)

3. When receiving social security:

Debit: management fee-social insurance fee (included in relevant subjects according to the department where the fee belongs) (if underpaid, it will be treated in red)

Loan: wages payable to employees-social security of the company (in case of arrears, it shall be handled in red).

When the balance of enterprise social security is adjusted, if the enterprise social security underpays the adjustment amount, it will be accounted for by the subjects of "employee salaries payable" and "other receivables" according to the underpaid part; When the enterprise social security overpays to adjust the difference, the red-ink entry corresponding to the above entry shall be prepared according to the overpaid part; When social insurance premiums are accrued, they should be included in debit entries or red-ink entries of "management fees" and other subjects according to the situation of underpayment and overpayment.
