How long does it take to buy a house with social security in Suzhou

1, foreign accounts in Suzhou need to pay social security for 2 consecutive years to have the qualification to buy a house.

2, Suzhou limited purchase policy

The current limited purchase policy implemented in Suzhou is still issued on October 4, 2016, which article has changed, the specific policy provisions are as follows:

(1) Non-city resident families applying for the purchase of the 1st set of housing within the urban area of Suzhou, Kunshan City, Taicang City, should be provided with the date of the purchase of the home within the first 3 years before the date of payment of 2 consecutive years of social security in the Suzhou city within the scope of 2 years and above continuous payment of personal income tax payment certificate or social insurance (urban social insurance) payment certificate;

(2) Suspension of the sale of new commercial housing and second-hand housing to non-city resident families who already have 1 or above;

(3) Suspension of the sale of new commercial housing and second-hand housing to the city resident families who have 3 or above;

(4) Real estate development enterprises and real estate brokers shall not sell commercial housing to unqualified homebuyers.

(5) Homebuyers are required to provide relevant supporting materials on the condition of their existing homes and issue a written undertaking.

Violation of the above provisions, real estate transactions and real estate registration department will not handle the relevant procedures.
