Rural hukou is covered by social security in Beijing.

The minimum payment base of rural hukou is lower than that of urban hukou. Of course, due to the low payment base, the expenses you and the company will naturally be low, which will lead to a low pension when you retire in the future. If social security is paid according to real wages, then this problem naturally does not exist.

According to the national policy, those who have paid 15 years and reached the statutory retirement age can enjoy pension benefits, regardless of rural and urban areas. The social security of rural hukou can only be provided when the enterprise works, because the enterprise belongs to "migrant workers" when working, and the enterprise participates in social insurance according to law, but once the migrant workers leave the enterprise, they belong to "farmers". At present, farmers can't participate in the endowment insurance for urban workers, so when the payment is less than 15, they can go through the refund formalities at the social security agency when they retire, and they can't pay it back.

However, if you have a hukou, you can become a town in the future. In this case, you can go through the formalities at the social security agency, continue to pay the old-age insurance as a free man in the town, and make up the broken file.
