Before 2007, the social security units in Beijing declared the employee base, and in April, the upper and lower limits of the city's contribution base were adjusted.

Since 2009, social security units in Beijing have declared their employee contribution base in April, and adjusted the upper and lower limits of the city's contribution base in July.

From 20 14, Beijing social security unit declared the employee base, and adjusted the upper and lower limits of the city's payment base in July.
