Units generally do not check the medical history of employees before paying social security. The payment fee is only related to the payment base and local insurance regulations.

The medical insurance department of the Social Security Bureau can only see the employee's previous medical records when viewing the reimbursement content.

The state raises social insurance funds through multiple channels. People's governments at or above the county level shall give necessary financial support to social insurance.

The state supports social insurance through preferential tax policies.
