After finding a new job, the new unit will handle it by itself, and they will continue to pay insurance for you. The record of previous payment is still there, which can be accumulated. You don't need to be a collaborator. If you feel uneasy, you can consult the personnel of the company, the local social security bureau, or call the labor security number 12333.
