The newly established unit shall, within 30 days from the date of establishment, go through the social insurance registration with the competent local tax authorities (the local tax branch where the unit pays taxes) and the registration department of the municipal social insurance collection center.

1. The payer shall go to the competent local tax authority to register the payment with the following documents and materials, and fill out the Hefei Social Insurance Registration Form in triplicate (one for the payer, the local tax authority and the municipal social insurance collection center).

A copy of the business license or other approval documents;

Proof of bank account number;

The approval document for the establishment of the payer;

Certificate of uniform code of organization;

ID card and photocopy of the legal representative or person in charge;

Other relevant documents and materials required by the local tax authorities.

2. The payer carries the Hefei Social Insurance Registration Form, the Employee Social Insurance Roster audited by the local tax authorities (with the official seal of the unit) in duplicate and the registered employment registration roster to the registration department of the municipal social insurance collection center for social insurance registration.

Employees who have not reached the statutory retirement age of the state must go through the formalities of participating in social insurance.

3. When the new insured units apply for social insurance registration, if the employees are not registered in the employment service management institution, they can go through the registration procedures of the employees at the same time with the Registration List of Employees, the Registration Form of Employees (paper and electronic version) and the labor contract in the Registration Section of the Municipal Social Insurance Collection Center. The spreadsheet can be copied by U disk or downloaded from the website of Hefei Labor and Social Security Bureau.

The collection center approves the payment base and payment amount of the payment unit and individual.
