(2) Personal entrustment procedures:

1. Application: The client issues an application for entrusting personnel agency (explaining the reasons and projects in detail) and a talent flow registration form to the talent center. If the labor contract is dissolved or terminated, the certificate of dissolution or termination of the labor contract shall be provided; If you study abroad or study full-time at your own expense, issue relevant certification materials for studying abroad or studying abroad; If employed to work in other places, the employment certificate and employment contract of the employing unit shall be issued; If it is a self-employed, the original unit shall issue a certificate of consent to its self-employed.

2. Audit: The talent center accesses the personnel file of the client, and audits its relevant information and entrusted projects to determine whether to act as an agent.

3. Signing: After the talent center has passed the examination, it will sign a personnel agency contract with the client.
