I don't know what the document you mentioned (1995) 107 is, but what I can tell you is that all employees who took part in the work before the implementation of the old-age insurance system can be regarded as the payment period, including going to the countryside and joining the army, but temporary workers, social enterprise contract workers, rural teachers, rural doctors and so on who have not gone through the recruitment procedures and file management approved by the labor bureau are not counted as the length of service. It is not counted as the payment period.
