Can rural social security be relocated?

A: Rural social endowment insurance is a social security system established by the government to organize farmers and their units and communities to jointly raise funds. It aims to ensure that farmers get basic material help from the state and society when they lose their ability to work in old age. During the payment period, if the insured needs to transfer the insurance relationship due to account migration and other reasons, the insured shall submit a written application, with the consent of the rural social endowment insurance management department, and go through the relevant formalities according to the regulations, and the insurance relationship will not be interrupted due to account migration. If the insured person moves to a place where the rural social endowment insurance system has not been established due to household registration, or dies during the payment period, it can be handled as surrender. After deducting the management fee, the insurance premium paid by the individual shall be returned to the individual or legal heir or designated beneficiary according to the prescribed surrender rate, and the calculation method is the same as the accumulated total.
