1. The premise of getting an electronic social security card is to get an entity's social security card. Before the electronic social security card came out, it was a physical social security card, so the first prerequisite for applying for an electronic social security card is that it has been received. If the electronic social security card cannot be collected, it is likely that the physical social security card has not been collected, resulting in no data and no collection.

2. The social security card status is not normal. When the physical social security card has been processed and the electronic social security card is still unavailable, it is necessary to consider whether the social security card status is abnormal. For example, the social security card is not activated, or it is reported lost, cancelled or even locked, which belongs to the abnormal state of the social security card. In these four cases, it is impossible to apply for an electronic social security card.

3. Check the problem of abnormal personal photos. If you guarantee that the social security card is in normal condition, but you still can't apply for it, then you need to check the problem of personal photos. If the personal photo is not standardized or unrecognizable, it is impossible to apply for a social security card. You need to consult the local personnel department, ask about the social security card, or call customer service.
