Social insurance registration and account opening

An employer engaged in production and operation shall apply for social insurance registration with the social insurance agency in accordance with the law within 30 days from the date of obtaining the business license, and within 30 days from the date of establishment of the non-production and operation employer.

Procedures:

Newly insured units shall fill in the "Employer's Social Insurance Registration Form" and the "Hangzhou Enterprise Social Insurance Account Opening and Change Registration Form", and hold the following original documents (both originals and duplicates are acceptable) and photocopies (one copy of each):

1. Industrial and commercial business license, approval of the establishment of the document or other approved practice documents (offices in Hangzhou with the registration certificate of the Hangzhou Government). Economic Collaboration Office registration certificate);

2. Organization code certificate issued by the State Quality and Technical Supervision Department;

3. Tax registration certificate issued by the tax department.

Accepting departments:

1. Units belonging to the ministry, province, city or without competent department but whose tax relationship belongs to the provincial or municipal local tax or development zone levy sub-bureaus are accepted by the business hall of the Municipal Social Security Bureau.

2. Units belonging to districts or having no competent department but whose actual tax payment relationship is with the local tax bureau in each urban district will be accepted by the social insurance office in the district where they are located (the same below).
