I. Applicable conditions and scope

1. Non-local registered employees refer to registered employees from other provinces and cities who have worked in six cities and paid social insurance (medical insurance, endowment insurance, work injury insurance, unemployment insurance and maternity insurance) for more than one year (calculated from the last month of the month of application, not less than 12 months, and cannot stop paying). Such personnel can submit applications for entry-exit passes and various endorsements to the exit-entry administration department of the public security organ in their city (including first application, renewal of documents, and re-application of invalid documents).

Students studying in non-local registered universities refer to students who are not registered in this city (including higher vocational college students, undergraduate students, master students and doctoral students). Second, the application materials

1. Original and photocopy of my household registration book (home page, personal page, change page).

2. Original and photocopy of the second-generation resident ID card within the validity period (front and back).

3. The applicant's recent bareheaded half-length color photo (two-inch coated paper with white, light blue or gray background).

4. Non-local household registration employees must provide the original and photocopy of the temporary residence permit or residence permit that has lived for more than 6 months (inclusive) and is within the validity period, and provide the original and photocopy of the certificate issued by the human resources and social security department that they have paid social insurance at their place of employment for more than 1 year.

5.
