2. There are three ways to choose the company login mode.

Enter the Yichang Social Security Online Hall, and click on the industrial accident record.

3. After entering the interface of industrial accident declaration, fill in the basic information of accident declaration as required.

4. Fill in the basic information of the injured employee.

5. After completing the form, click Add, and then click Save. .

6. If you don't upload the attachment, the system will automatically generate the Yichang Industrial Injury Accident Declaration Form, then click the electronic signature to generate the electronic signature, and then save and submit it.

7. After successful submission and background review, you can view the review results on the home page. If approved, go directly to the next process; If the review fails, you need to fill in and submit again.

Special note: After completing the above-mentioned accident filing process, the employer shall, within 30 days from the date of the accident injury or the date of diagnosis and identification as an occupational disease, apply to the Industrial Injury Department of Yichang Human Resources and Social Security Bureau for industrial injury identification.
