1. If employees are employed and pay insurance premiums, the relationship between basic old-age insurance and medical insurance can be transferred, the payment period can be calculated together, and the amount stored in individual accounts can be calculated cumulatively.

2. Workers who leave this city for employment in other areas shall first apply to the service hall of this city's social security center with their ID card, endowment insurance manual, medical insurance card, application form for inter-provincial transfer of social insurance relations of insured employees and other related materials by the payer or himself, and after settling the personal account of medical insurance, print the basic endowment insurance payment voucher and medical insurance participation voucher;

3. Then I submit a written application to the social security agency in the new employment place with the basic old-age insurance payment certificate and medical insurance certificate. In line with the transfer and connection conditions, the social security agencies of both parties shall handle the transfer and connection procedures of endowment insurance and medical insurance within the prescribed time limit, and the insured need not travel back and forth.

Precautions for medical insurance transfer:

1. If there is a receiving unit for medical insurance transfer, the receiving unit shall handle the medical insurance formalities. If no unit accepts it, the individual shall pay the insurance premium within three months after terminating the original medical insurance relationship.
