Can social security cards be used in all hospitals?

Legal analysis: Not all hospitals can reimburse social security cards. If you can't go back to the designated hospital for treatment due to sudden illness during going out on business or visiting relatives, you can go to the local designated hospital for basic medical insurance at or above the county level, and the medical expenses that meet the requirements of medical insurance can be reimbursed. However, medical insurance cannot reimburse medical expenses incurred in foreign countries or in Hongkong, Macao Special Administrative Region and Taiwan Province Province.
