Do I have to pay social security as long as I join the company?

Legal analysis: companies should pay, and personal social security payment is voluntary. It is illegal for a company not to handle social security for its employees. If the social security has not been handled, the parties may also leave their jobs and demand compensation.

Tenth employees should participate in the basic old-age insurance, and employers and employees should pay the basic old-age insurance premium.
