Can the IOT social security card be used in Jinan?

Social security can't make up for it now, but you can buy a house in other ways.

Foreigners need to meet when buying a house in Jinan:

1. There is one-year social security or individual tax in Jinan within two years (it must be paid in Jinan, not counting transfer).

2. Have a permanent population account in Jinan (including collective account and user name)

Meet any of the above conditions, but the first one requires you to buy more than 90 square meters to settle in Jinan account.
