I. Scope of Recruitment

Second, the recruitment conditions

4. 6. Other conditions required for the post.

Anyone who has one of the following circumstances shall not apply for the exam:
1, who has been criminally punished for committing a crime;
2. Being expelled from public office;

Three. Registration and qualification examination

2. Documents required for registration
Candidates who register must hold the original and photocopy of the documents required for the positions such as household registration book, ID card and graduation certificate. On-the-job personnel must issue a certificate that their unit agrees to apply for the exam. Candidates who meet the conditions for extra points must provide the Audit Form for Extra Points for Service Grassroots Project Personnel (downloaded from Xinzhou Personnel Examination Network) and relevant documents.
3. Registration method
Candidates fill in the 20 13 open recruitment application form of some institutions in Yuanping city and paste two recent 1 inch color photos, and then go to the site for qualification examination and confirmation. Candidates should truthfully submit relevant information and materials, otherwise the consequences will be at their own risk.
4. Admission ticket collection
Candidates who have passed the qualification examination and paid the fees according to the regulations will receive the admission ticket at the registration point with their ID cards within the time of receiving the admission ticket. Candidates must take good care of their admission tickets, and they need to carry their admission tickets and ID cards in all aspects of the exam. Candidates who apply for retired soldiers and demobilized noncommissioned officers should go to the Civil Affairs Bureau to check the file scores on the day of receiving the admission ticket.
Fourth, the exam.
1. Examination contents and methods
The examination is divided into interview and written examination.
Interview: Candidates who have passed the qualification examination and paid the fees according to the regulations will be interviewed immediately. The office of the Municipal Open Recruitment Leading Group will organize relevant personnel to form an interview team to interview candidates (interview location: go to the designated place of the reported major after registration). Interviews are divided into qualified and unqualified situations. The interview score of qualified personnel is 30 points, and the interview score of unqualified personnel is 0 points. Retired soldiers will not be interviewed, and the civil affairs department will organize the file assessment and scoring, and the file assessment will be carried out according to the provisions of New Retirement Security (2009) No.2 document.
Written test: The written test includes the public basic knowledge and professional ability test and the professional knowledge required for applying for the post, accounting for 30% of the public basic knowledge and professional ability test and 70% of the post professional knowledge; (The content of the written test for the candidates of retired soldiers (noncommissioned officers) is the public basic knowledge and professional ability test). The examination is conducted in a closed book mode, with a full score of 100 and an examination time of 120 minutes.
The written test score accounts for 70% of the total score, and the interview score accounts for 30% of the total score. Total score = written test score ×70%+ interview score. (Retired soldiers (non-commissioned officers) scored 30% in written test and 70% in file assessment. Total score = written test score ×30%+ file assessment score ×70%). If the last place in the total score is tied, the second and above written tests will be conducted until there is no tie.
2. The proportion of exams.
The written test ratio is 1︰3.
For those who have not reached the proportion of opening exams, the number of recruitment places will be reduced in principle, among which there is a shortage of majors. After the application of the recruitment unit and the consent of the recruitment leading group office, the examination can be opened in Yuanping talent network and announced. The written test score must be above the average score of this position before entering the next recruitment link.
3. Time and place of examination
See the admission ticket for the time and place of written examination.
The interview time, place and matters needing attention will be notified separately.
Candidates are required to take the exam with the admission ticket and ID card.

College student village officials shall be examined and sealed by the organization department of the county (city, district) where they are located, the personnel of "Three Supports and One Support" and "Western Plan" (including the Northwest Shanxi Plan) shall be examined and sealed by the Communist Youth League Committee (or the Communist Youth League Committee), and the special post teachers shall be examined and sealed by the county (city, district) where the original contracted school is located. On-the-job personnel must provide proof that the unit agrees to register.
Six, enjoy the bonus treatment conditions
According to the spirit of Document No.64 [2009] of Jin Zhengban, candidates who pass the examination during the service period will get 5 points in the total written test after two years of service (calculated according to the end time of registration), including the plan of serving the western region for college students (including the plan of serving the northwest of Shanxi), the plan of "three supports and one support", the plan of special posts for rural teachers and the plan of university student village officials. Candidates who meet the conditions for extra points must fill in the Audit Form for Extra Points for Service Grassroots Project Personnel. Those who have enjoyed bonus points and have been registered (employed) by government agencies and institutions at all levels will no longer enjoy bonus points when applying for this recruitment position.
Seven, physical examination and assessment
Candidates who pass the qualification review are included in the list of medical examiners and go to the designated hospital for medical examination. Physical examination items and standards shall be implemented according to the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants, and those who fail the physical examination shall be disqualified.
According to the standard of having both ability and political integrity and the requirements of the post to be hired, the assessment takes various forms to comprehensively understand the political thought, moral quality, law-abiding, self-discipline awareness, ability and quality, work attitude, study and work performance of the assessed object. Those who fail the exam will be disqualified.
Eight. Publicity and employment
According to the examination, physical examination and assessment, the personnel to be hired will be publicized on Yuanping Talent Online for 7 working days.
If there is no objection or reflection at the expiration of the publicity period, but it does not affect the employment, the employment procedures shall be handled.
The employed personnel shall implement the probation system, and the probation period shall be half a year. Those who pass the examination after the probation period will go through the formal employment procedures. The probation period will be included in the employment contract, and those who fail will be disqualified.
Nine. Supervision and inspection
Proposition, written examination, interview, physical examination and other links are supervised by the discipline inspection and supervision department, and a report telephone number is set up to announce to the public. Carefully check the reports, complaints and accusations of the masses, and seriously investigate and deal with acts that violate the discipline of examination and employment, such as fraud.
