What is the minimum standard of company social security?
1. If the average salary of last year was 300% or more higher than the average salary of local employees at the end of last year, the payment base of five insurances and one gold shall be calculated according to 300% of the average monthly salary;
2. If the average wage of last year is lower than 60% or less of the average wage of local employees at the end of last year, the payment base of five insurances and one gold shall be calculated according to 60% of the average monthly wage;
3. If the average salary of last year was between 60% and 300% of the average salary of local employees at the end of last year, the payment base of five insurances and one gold shall be declared according to the actual salary.
The payment base is determined by the provinces and cities according to the provisions on the wages of employees in the previous year, which varies from province to province. The employing unit shall pay the basic old-age insurance premium according to the proportion of the total wages of its employees stipulated by the state, and record it in the basic old-age insurance pooling fund. Flexible employees can participate in employee pension insurance and medical insurance. The scope of flexible employees includes individual industrial and commercial households without employees, part-time employees who have not participated in the basic old-age insurance in the employer and other flexible employees. Among them, according to the current policy of our city, the household registration, employee pension and employee medical insurance must be attended at the same time; Non-local household registration personnel can voluntarily participate in employee pension insurance. To participate in employee medical insurance, you must participate in employee pension insurance for one year before you can apply. After that, employee pension and medical insurance premium must be paid at the same time.
Legal basis: Article 58 of People's Republic of China (PRC) Social Insurance Law. The employing unit shall handle social insurance registration for employees within 30 days from the date of employment. If the social insurance has not been registered, the social insurance agency shall verify the social insurance premium it should pay. Employees-free individual industrial and commercial households who voluntarily participate in social insurance, part-time employees who do not participate in social insurance in the employing unit and other flexible employees shall apply to the social insurance agency for social insurance registration. The state establishes a national unified personal social security number. Personal social security number is a citizen's identity number.
