Why can't social security cards be reimbursed?

If the social security card number and ID card number are wrong, then it cannot be reimbursed. Generally, it is because the company's social security registration is wrong and the employee's number is wrong. Then employees need to go to the local taxation bureau to modify the social security card number after the original company issues the certificate. You can't use the social security card until you re-apply.
