The retirement age of flexible employees is 60 for men and 55 for women. Flexible employees who meet the age requirements and have paid pension insurance 15 years can go to the social security agency for retirement approval and registration with their ID card, pension insurance manual, payment list over the years and other documents. Among them, female insured persons who have paid for insurance in the former public-owned enterprises and institutions for 10 years (including deemed payment) and have been employed flexibly for more than 2 years can choose to go through retirement procedures between the ages of 50 and 55 upon their own application. Flexible employees who enjoy social insurance subsidies must register for employment in accordance with the regulations, participate in social insurance in their personal capacity, and pay social insurance premiums in full and on time according to the prescribed payment base.

Workers in enterprises and institutions owned by the whole people, party and government organs and mass organizations shall retire if they meet one of the following conditions:

(a) men over 60 years of age, women over 50 years of age, continuous service for ten years;

(2) Those who are engaged in underground, high altitude, high temperature, particularly heavy manual labor or other jobs harmful to health, and have reached the age of 55 for men and 45 for women, and have worked continuously for ten years.
