What does the African social security card mean?

Legal Analysis: The Social Security Card of the People's Republic of China is an integrated circuit (ic) card that is uniformly planned by Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and issued by local human resources and social security departments, and used in various business fields of human resources and social security. Social security (individual) cards are issued to urban employees, unemployed people and retirees, and social security (employer) cards are issued to employers. Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security said that it will take about five years to make social security cards generally have financial functions.

Non-national social security card means that it is not issued by the state, but by enterprises.

Legal basis: Article 58 of People's Republic of China (PRC) Social Insurance Law. The employing unit shall handle social insurance registration for employees within 30 days from the date of employment. If the social insurance has not been registered, the social insurance agency shall verify the social insurance premium it should pay.
