What is the difference between Guangyuan social security and district social security?

If the social security originally bought in Lizhou District needs to be transferred to Guangzhou Social Security Bureau, the original medical insurance is naturally different from that in Guangyuan City. This situation is caused by history. It may be that Lizhou originally belonged to counties and cities, and later it was assigned to Lizhou District. For example, Panyu District, Guangzhou, used to be an independent Panyu city. At present, the social security cards and medical insurance cards handled in Panyu District cannot be used in Guangzhou (except Panyu), and Panyu's social security must be transferred to Guangzhou Social Security Bureau.
