Can I still apply for a bank card with a social security card?

You can still apply for a bank card if you have a social security card. Social security card belongs to Class I account, but it does not occupy the amount of personal Class I account. The same person can only have one first-class account in the same bank. However, this provision is only for ordinary personal bank accounts. The resident social security card is a special card, so the central bank has not imposed any restrictions on it.
