Laibin Municipal Labor and Social Security Bureau is the department of the Municipal People's Government in charge of the administrative affairs of labor and social security in the city. At present, there are six administrative departments: office, labor and wages department, labor supervision department, arbitration law department, employment training department and social insurance department. In addition, five institutions, namely, the Municipal Employment Service Center, the Municipal Social Labor Insurance Management Office, the Municipal Medical Insurance Management Center, the Municipal Technical School and the Municipal Labor Inspection Detachment, have been established as required.
