Social Security Subsidies for Flexible Employment for People with Employment Difficulties

The policy of social security subsidies for flexible employment applies to "employment assistance recipients" who have been flexibly employed and who have personally renewed the basic pension and medical insurance relationships of urban enterprise employees, and who have borne all the basic pension and medical insurance premiums.

Depending on the situation, the subsidy period is divided into the statutory retirement age, until the age of 55, and only for three years. The subsidy standard is 200 yuan per person per month for old-age insurance, of which 250 yuan per person per month is the subsidy standard for the employment-difficulty persons enjoying the minimum subsistence guarantee for urban residents, and the subsidy standard for the flexibly-employed members of the zero-employment families; and the subsidy for medical insurance is 50 yuan per person per month.
