The technician qualification certificate obtained in the social security bureau is a kind of technical worker qualification obtained by people with worker status. There are two kinds of professional title treatment:

1. Engaged in the work related to the qualification certificate of technicians in public institutions. If the unit has issued the employment certificate, the title and treatment shall be determined according to the worker technician; If the unit does not issue an employment certificate, it can only be treated as an ordinary worker.
