The upper and lower limits of the endowment insurance payment base for flexible employees shall be implemented according to this standard.

It is understood that the monthly salary base of employees' social insurance premiums in our city in 2022 is the sum of the monthly salary bases of employees in 2022. The monthly salary base of employees in the payment year of 2022 is calculated and determined according to the average monthly salary of employees of 202 1. If the individual's monthly payment base is lower than the lower limit of the average monthly salary of employees in full-caliber urban units in the province in 202 1 year, it will be declared according to the lower limit of 3832 yuan; If it is higher than the upper limit of the average monthly salary of employees in full-caliber urban units in the province in 20021year, it shall be declared according to the upper limit, namely 19 160 yuan.

The payment base of endowment insurance for flexible employees in our city has 9 payment grades.
