The Notice of Jiangsu Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security and the Department of Finance on Adjusting the Basic Pension for Retirees in 20 16 (Su Ren She Fa [2016] No.231) is hereby forwarded to you. With the consent of the municipal government, other relevant matters are hereby notified as follows, please implement them carefully.

First, the basic pension adjustment for retirees

(a) to participate in the basic old-age insurance for employees of urban enterprises, basic old-age insurance for institutions and institutions, and to go through the formalities of retirement, resignation or receiving regular living expenses before 20151(except for those who quit their production posts due to work-related injuries and adjusted their disability pensions according to the provisions of work-related injury insurance, the same below), which is in line with the requirements of the Soviet Social Development Agency [20/kloc-

II. Adjustment of pension benefits for other personnel

(1) The number of years of employees who are completely incapacitated due to work-related disability and have not paid the basic old-age insurance premium since they quit their jobs due to work-related disability until the legal retirement age can be combined with the payment period of their participation in the basic old-age insurance for enterprise employees (including the deemed payment period, excluding the converted payment period) as the basis for determining the adjustment period linked to their payment period in this basic pension adjustment (65433 if the mantissa is less than 1 year)

(II) The basic old-age pension paid by the basic old-age insurance fund for enterprise employees shall be paid from the basic old-age insurance fund for enterprise employees who have gone through retirement and resignation procedures according to the policies of institutions before the restructuring, and shall be implemented according to the adjustment measures for institutions.

(III) The municipal social insurance agency shall issue retirement fees for small-scale collective retirees in towns and villages in all districts, and issue additional retirement fees according to the original provisions with reference to the adjustment measures for retirees. The standard of retirement fees for additional payment years shall be determined according to the 36 yuan per person per month, and the funds required for additional issuance shall still be collected according to the original channels.

(4) For the people below the urban area who have enjoyed the fixed subsidy, the 75 yuan living allowance will be issued monthly, and the funds needed for the issuance will still be collected according to the original channel.

1. Former retirees who have been included in the basic old-age insurance fund for urban enterprise employees and paid living allowances.

In the early 1960s, among the old workers who were streamlined and decentralized, those who enjoyed 40% of the relief funds were handled according to the State Council (65) No.224 document; Those who enjoy the living allowance shall be handled according to document No.77 of Su (81).

3 street billing workers who used to enjoy the living allowance shall be handled according to Chang Lao Ji (80) No.83 document.
