How long does it take to approve the batch wage declaration submitted by Chongqing Human Resources and Social Security

After the batch declaration of annual employee wages is completed, you can check the result of the declaration and approval on the next day at the earliest, and it will take 3 working days at the slowest.

Annual employee wage declaration process: log on to the website of the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, click on the "human society online office hall" → use the digital certificate to log in → click on the "unit to log in" → click on the " Employee Management" → Click "Employee Contribution Salary Declaration" → Select "Batch Contribution Salary Declaration" → Click on the template to download → Fill in the contents of the downloaded form, and then click on the preview → After the successful uploading of the file, click on the "File Processing" button. Click "File Processing"→click "Pending Submission Declaration Management", check the data to be uploaded→click "Submit" to complete the declaration of employee's contribution payroll. 1-3 working days later, you can enter the Audit Result module and select Audit Result Query. After 1-3 working days, you can enter the audit result module and select "Audit Result Query". For units that have passed the audit, you can print the "Employee's Contributed Salary Declaration Form" in the report printing. Note: has been submitted and audited (or not) the data, in the reporting period can be modified by the unit to submit the audit again, the declaration of the data to the last audit shall prevail.
