Processing materials

1, the claimant's ID card or resident registration book (household registration certificate) original and photocopies;

Procedure

1. The insured individual will go to the bank service window to get the "Nantong Social Security Card Application Registration Form" with his/her personal ID card.

2. The insured person fills in the "Nantong Social Security Card Application Registration Form" according to the guidance of the staff at the front desk of the bank, and pastes a copy of the front side of the ID card or a photo receipt according to the requirements.

3. After submitting the form, the insured individual has to pay the labor cost of the social security card (20 yuan/person/card). The bank receptionist will issue a receipt to the insured person.

4. Within 20 working days, each bank notifies the insured individual to collect the card at the application branch.

5. The social security card needs to be activated before it can be used, so please activate it immediately when you receive the card.

For those who apply for the card centrally, they will be handled by the staff of the unit. The city's social security card can be selected from any branch of the cooperative bank for sporadic applications.

Nantong social security card cooperative banks are: Agricultural Bank of China, China Construction Bank, Bank of China, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China.
