1. If the accumulated payment before unemployment is over one year but less than three years, the longest period of receiving unemployment insurance benefits is six months;
2. If the accumulated payment before unemployment is over three years but less than five years, the maximum period for receiving unemployment insurance benefits is twelve months;
3. If the accumulated payment before unemployment is over five years but less than ten years, the maximum period for receiving unemployment insurance benefits is eighteen months;
4. If the accumulated payment before unemployment is more than ten years, the longest period of receiving unemployment insurance money is twenty-four months.
The process of receiving unemployment benefits is as follows:
1. Application: If the unemployed person has less than one year from the date of receiving unemployment benefits to statutory retirement (including engaging in special types of work stipulated by the state, excluding other early retirement), he shall apply for living allowance at the acceptance window of the municipal social security agency;
2. Qualification confirmation: if the acceptance window confirms that the applicant's application materials are complete and meet the acceptance conditions, it will be accepted;
3. Treatment review: After the preliminary review, print the Audit Form of Living Allowance for Unemployed Persons;
4. Payment of benefits: From next month, the monthly payment will be paid to my social security card.
