How to buy a house in Shanghai without social security?

Without social security, it is ok to have a tax record.

How much does the place you want to buy cost? You have to go to the local field to ask yourself.

Foreign friends need to meet three conditions when buying a house in Shanghai:

1. Property buyers must be married.

2. Buyers originally didn't have a house in Shanghai.

3. Can provide social security or personal tax payment certificates that have been paid continuously for more than 2 years in this city within the first 3 years from the date of purchase.

(One-time supplementary payment is not recognized)

Buying a house can only be achieved by trying to meet these conditions, otherwise no amount of money is possible.

Or you can only buy a house (commercial house) for commercial purposes, without restrictions.

There is another way: there is no restriction on buying a house auctioned by the court.
