Shenzhen social security cards are uniformly made and issued by the Shenzhen Social Security Bureau, not by a particular hospital.

The social security card can be used at any public hospital in Shenzhen, or private hospitals recognized by the Social Security Bureau.

Using your social security card at the central hospital costs the same as at Pingshan People's Hospital

3.1 There is one exception: when your health insurance is bound to Social Welfare Center A, which happens to be part of Pingshan People's Hospital, and you are referred to Pingshan Hospital through Social Welfare Center A, your medical fees at Pingshan Hospital will be higher than at the central hospital).

3.2 So if your health insurance card is not bound to any social welfare center, or if the bound A social welfare is not affiliated with one of the Central Hospital and Pingshan People's Hospital, you will pay the same cost as Pingshan People's Hospital with your social security card at the Central Hospital.
