Download and install the "WanShitong" APP, and log in after user registration. Click on "More Services" on the home page of "WanShitong". Click on "Tax Service" on the left side of the page that opens to all services of Anhui Knowledge, enter the function module of "Tax Service", and select "Payment of two insurance premiums for urban and rural residents".

(b) Add participants "urban and rural residents two insurance premiums" function to support self-payment and payment on behalf of others, but all the participants and contributors information must be entered into the system in advance. The operation method is as follows:

After opening the "Urban and Rural Residents' Two Insurance Contributions" function page, click "Select Person" to open the page for selecting insured persons. On this page, click the "Add Member" button at the bottom. On the Add Member page that opens, enter the ID number and name of the new enrollee and click the Save button.

(C) Enrollment and payment

After opening the "urban and rural residents two insurance payment" function page, click on the "selection of personnel" to open the enrollee selection page. On this page, you can click on the name or ID number of the participant to select the participant for this payment. The system will automatically return to the previous payment page. Click on the arrow symbol behind the "Payment Type" column to open the insurance type selection page.

On the insurance selection page, the only options are urban and rural residents' basic pension insurance and urban and rural residents' basic medical insurance. After selecting the type of insurance you want to pay for, click the "OK" button at the bottom of the page.

The system returns to the payment page and automatically brings up the payment year based on the type of insurance and the current date. At this point, click on the "query" button to get the participant's pending contributions to the insurance information. After the query result is displayed on the interface, you can select the specific contribution type information, and then click the "Payment" button at the bottom of the page to enter the payment page. On this page, you can choose one of the three payment methods: "Express Payment", "Alipay" and "WeChat".

If you choose "Alipay" for premium payment, the system automatically enters the security verification interface, where you can choose fingerprints, face swipe, and other features supported by Alipay.

If you choose "WeChat" for premium payment, the system automatically jumps to the WeChat payment interface, where you can pay through WeChat's "wallet" or through a bound bank card.

(4) Payment Inquiry

After successful payment, users can inquire about the specific payment order in the "Payment Order Inquiry" module.
