I. Recruitment Principles and Methods

Second, the recruitment position
This public examination is aimed at recruiting 3 professional and technical personnel who are in short supply in public institutions. For specific positions, please refer to the recruitment list of professional and technical talents in short supply in Rongchang County in the first half of 20 14 (hereinafter referred to as the list, annex 1).
Three. Recruitment scope and conditions
(A) the scope of recruitment
Persons with China nationality who meet the recruitment requirements of this assessment.
The following personnel do not belong to the scope of examination and recruitment: staff of government agencies and institutions during the probation period; Persons who have not been disciplined by Party discipline or government discipline or are undergoing disciplinary review; Persons whose criminal punishment period has not expired or who are under judicial investigation for suspected crimes and have not yet reached a conclusion; Persons who have received criminal punishment for crimes or have been expelled from public office; Staff who have been dismissed by the unit or by the original organs and institutions for less than five years; Persons who are in the forbidden period due to violation of the recruitment (employment) discipline of staff in government agencies and institutions; County-level organs and institutions are officially in the staff, and the college students whose service period has not expired and the transfer agreement has not been lifted; Part-time graduates and active servicemen; Other persons who are not allowed to be employed as personnel of public institutions as stipulated by laws and regulations.
(2) Recruitment conditions

(3) Other requirements
1. Non-fresh undergraduate and graduate students who are studying full-time in full-time colleges and universities and have not graduated cannot apply for the original education (degree);
Recruiters must have served in our county for more than 5 years. Among them, those who need to serve in the recruiting unit for more than 2 years and have not completed the prescribed service period will be disqualified from their institutions and bear corresponding responsibilities.
Four. Registration and qualification examination
(1) Time and place of registration
The recruitment of this exam takes the form of on-site registration. The specific requirements are as follows:

Applicants are required to submit their ID card, diploma (degree certificate), certificate of consent to apply for the exam and relevant certification materials for job requirements on site. (2) Qualification examination
Rongchang County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau will examine the qualifications of applicants, and those who fail to pass the examination will be disqualified, and the consequences arising therefrom will be borne by myself.
Verb (abbreviation of verb) evaluation
Rongchang County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, together with relevant departments, will form an assessment team to assess the identified assessment objects. The assessment will take the form of on-site professional skills test, focusing on the suitability of candidates, mainly assessing candidates' professional ethics, professional knowledge and business ability. The assessment results were announced on the spot.
Quantitatively score the competitive positions (differences) in the assessment, with the full score of 100, and those whose assessment score is lower than 60 shall not be determined as candidates for physical examination. According to the number of candidates to be recruited for each position, the candidates for medical examination are determined in equal amounts according to the candidates' assessment results from high to low. For the positions (equal amount) that have not formed competition in the assessment, the candidates for medical examination shall be determined by voting, which shall be agreed by more than two-thirds of the members of the assessment team.
Sixth, physical examination
The physical examination objects determined through examination shall be organized by Rongchang County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau. The physical examination standard refers to the revision of the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servant Employment (Trial) (Guo Ren Bu Fa [2005]1No.), the Notice of the Manual for Physical Examination of Civil Servant Employment (Trial) (Guo Ren Ting Fa [2007] No.25) and the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servant Employment (Trial) issued by the former Ministry of Personnel and the operation of civil servant employment.
Applicants who fail to attend the physical examination (re-examination) at the specified time and place shall be deemed to have given up the physical examination (re-examination).
Physical examination is carried out in comprehensive medical and health institutions at or above the county level. Applicants or employers who have doubts about the medical examination results may submit a written application for re-examination within 7 days from the date of receiving the notice of the medical examination conclusion, and go to the designated hospital for a one-time re-examination with the consent of Rongchang County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau. The results of physical examination shall be subject to the re-examination conclusion. If the qualification is automatically waived due to unqualified medical examination or confirmation, with the consent of Rongchang County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, the vacancies will be filled from high score to low score among the qualified personnel.
The time and place of physical examination will be notified separately.
Seven. survey
Those who pass the physical examination shall be inspected by Rongchang County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau in conjunction with the employer on their political thoughts, realistic performance and whether they need to be avoided, and the qualifications of candidates shall be audited. At the same time, candidates with work experience should provide labor contracts, personnel agency contracts, social pension insurance payment schedules and other relevant supporting materials.
Those who fail to pass the inspection or automatically give up their qualifications after confirmation, with the consent of Rongchang County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, will fill the vacancies in turn from high score to low score among qualified personnel.
Eight. publicize
Examination results and other related matters can be inquired in Rongchang County Human Resources and Social Security Network.
The list of qualified candidates to be hired will be publicized in Chongqing Human Resources and Social Security Network and Rongchang County Human Resources and Social Security Network for 7 working days.
Nine. Employment and treatment
If there is no objection to the expiration of the publicity period or it does not affect the employment after verification, Rongchang County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau will handle the relevant procedures. With the approval of the County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, the employing unit and the employed personnel signed the Employment Contract of Chongqing Public Institutions in accordance with the Implementation Measures for the Trial Employment System of Chongqing Public Institutions (YFA [2003] No.37) and the Notice of Chongqing Personnel Bureau on Forwarding the Employment Contract of Public Institutions (Model) (YFA [2006] No.68). The employed personnel shall be on probation according to the regulations, and the probation period shall be included in the employment contract. Those who pass the probation period and pass the examination will be formally employed; Personnel who fail to pass the examination during the probation period or after the expiration of the probation period or who are found to have concealed their pre-job medical history and their physical conditions do not meet the post requirements will be disqualified.
