Social Security Subsidy Policy for Difficult Employment

I. Policy objectives and application conditions

Persons with employment difficulties who are engaged in flexible employment in the form of part-time, temporary and flexible work (that is, employment with unfixed jobs, unfixed working hours, unfixed income and unfixed labor relations) can apply for social security subsidies if they participate in the endowment insurance and medical insurance for urban workers and pay social insurance premiums in their personal capacity.

Second, the subsidy standard

For employees with employment difficulties who are employed flexibly, medical insurance subsidies are provided at the rate of 100 yuan per person per month, and old-age insurance subsidies are provided at the rate of 350 yuan per person per month, among which the old-age insurance subsidies for employees who enjoy the minimum living guarantee are provided at the rate of 450 yuan per person per month.
