Can the certificates of different departments of the national social security network be linked at the same time?

(1) All four certificates are managed by the Ministry of Construction.

(2) Interconnection of registered institutions.

You can't be affiliated with two units at the same time. If it is found out, the title will be revoked directly, but one person can declare the titles of multiple majors. If you can link two units, it will be chaotic.

The professional title is different from the certificate obtained by the second-level constructor. Because there is no network of professional titles now, a person can obtain professional title certificates from different industries, and professional titles can be linked to multiple professional titles, and professional titles in the same industry can be linked to different units.

Certificates that have passed the national examination, such as the second-level construction engineer, are connected to the national network. The issuing department stipulates that certificates issued by the same department can only be linked to the same unit, but they cannot be linked separately. However, the second-level construction engineer (issued by the Land and Resources Bureau) is not the same unit and can also be linked separately.
