Who buys social security for supply chain workers

As the employer of the employees, the supply and marketing cooperative has the responsibility to pay the social security for the employees, including pension insurance, medical insurance, work injury insurance, unemployment insurance and maternity insurance. Employees have rights and interests in paying social security, and if the supply and marketing cooperative fails to pay social security for the employee, the employee can make a request to the supply and marketing cooperative to pay social security for the employee in accordance with the regulations. If the supply and marketing company does not fulfill its obligations, the employee can complain to the relevant departments or seek legal help.
