1. Two copies of "Beijing Social Insurance Participants Reduction Form", with the reasons for the reduction indicated: Pension - "transfer to foreign provinces to apply for interruption", Medical - "transfer to foreign ports". The unit stamped with the official seal.

Based on the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security document 2009 [187], the insured person transferred out of the province before the unit exists arrears, do not make up for arrears of payment, the time of its arrears of old-age insurance premiums will not be calculated for the years of contributions, arrears of time will not be transferred to the fund, and will no longer be handled for making up for arrears of payment after transferring out of the province; please participate in unit Please bring the relevant materials to the social security center for the arrears of payment before transferring to a foreign province.

2. Work Injury and Maternity Benefits

For those who meet the conditions for claiming work injury and maternity benefits, the insured units are requested to bring the relevant materials to the Payment Section of the Chaoyang Social Security Center to go through the procedures of approving and claiming the benefits, and then go through the procedures of transferring to the provinces after the relevant benefits have been paid to the units.

3. Unemployment Insurance Benefits

For non-Beijing household insured persons, if they meet the conditions for claiming unemployment insurance, the insured unit should bring the relevant materials to the Payment Section of the Chaoyang Social Security Center for the liquidation of the unemployment insurance benefits within three working days from the date when the Social Security Center prints out the "Certificate of Participation in and Payment of Contributions to the Basic Pension Insurance" when they go to the provinces for the transfer of the benefits to the other provinces.
