New regulations of Nanjing automobile license plate 2022

The new regulations of Nanjing automobile license plate 2022 are as follows:

1. If a small or micro non-operating passenger car is registered outside the domicile, the owner of the motor vehicle is not required to submit the residence certificate or residence registration certificate and social security certificate issued by the public security organ when applying for the blue-green license;

2. However, it should be noted that the environmental protection of vehicles must meet the national standard 6, and the vehicle purchase tax must be paid in Nanjing. The required application materials are as follows:

(1) motor vehicle owner's identity certificate;

(2) proof of the origin of motor vehicles such as car purchase invoices;

(3) The factory certificate of the whole motor vehicle or the import certificate of the imported motor vehicle;

(4) motor vehicle traffic accident liability compulsory insurance certificate;

(five) vehicle purchase tax, vehicle and vessel tax payment certificate or tax exemption certificate, except that it does not fall within the scope of the law;

(6) Other certificates and vouchers required by laws and administrative regulations when registering motor vehicles;

(seven) motor vehicles not imported by the customs and motor vehicles exempted from safety and technical inspection as stipulated by the competent department of motor vehicle products in the State Council shall also submit the certificate of safety and technical inspection of motor vehicles;

(8) Where an agent applies for motor vehicle business, it shall submit the identity certificate of the agent and the power of attorney of the owner of the motor vehicle.

3. Except for blue card and green card, residence permit and social security certificate are not required, other vehicles need the original valid residence permit of Nanjing and social security certificate of Nanjing for two consecutive years (social security of Nanjing for two consecutive years is still paid in Nanjing). There is no need to print out the social security card and provide it to the window for review.

Legal basis: Article 11 of the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China.

When a motor vehicle is driving on the road, it shall hang the motor vehicle number plate, place inspection marks and insurance marks, and carry the motor vehicle driving license with it.

Motor vehicle number plates shall be hung in accordance with the regulations and kept clear and complete, and shall not be intentionally obscured or defiled.

No unit or individual may confiscate or detain the motor vehicle license plate.
