The applicant and the co-applicant have divorced, and their former spouses and minor children owned their own houses in any form in this city before the divorce, but they are owned by their former spouses or minor children after the divorce, and the divorce time is less than 5 years from the date of accepting the application, so they are not allowed to buy houses.
