How to transfer the money in the medical insurance card to the relative card?

Legal analysis: 1. Open and log in to my Alipay account.

2. Find and click "Citizen Center" on Alipay's "Home Page".

3. Enter the "Service Hall", find "Social Security" and click Enter.

4. Enter "Online Service" and click "Social Security Handling".

5. Enter the "Social Security" page and click the first option "Medical Insurance Information Inquiry".

6. Click "Agree" and confirm.

7. Enter "Name" and "ID number" in the "Information Entry of Transferee" column, click "Next", and enter the transfer amount and SMS verification code to complete the operation.

Legal basis: Article 29 of the Social Insurance Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) stipulates that the part of the medical expenses of the insured who should be paid by the basic medical insurance fund shall be directly settled by the social insurance agency, medical institution and pharmaceutical business unit.

The administrative department of social insurance and the administrative department of health shall establish a settlement system for medical expenses in different places to facilitate the insured to enjoy the basic medical insurance benefits.
