The staff of Nanjing Real Estate Market Trading Center said that it had just been verified again from the relevant window. At present, there is no longer a distinction between social security collection methods, and the parties can personally insure and pay back, and they can meet the social security certification requirements within one year and half a year.

According to the previous policy, foreign residents who come to Nanjing to buy a house need to meet the policy of "continuously paying social security or individual tax in Nanjing for two years or more within three years". In April this year, Nanjing adjusted its purchase restriction policy. People with foreign household registration come to Nanjing to buy a house. 1 year, they need to pay social security or individual tax in Nanjing for six months, and social security cannot be returned.
