How to handle unemployment insurance in Chengdu
1. Within 15 days before the termination date of the labor contract, the company will send the goods to the social security bureau of each unemployment insurance payment place to report the loss;
2. According to the regulations of the Social Security Bureau, individuals can only receive unemployment benefits if they have paid unemployment insurance benefits for more than 1 year and meet the conditions for receiving them;
3. In the process of filing, the employer needs to submit four kinds of materials to the Social Security Bureau and affix the official seal of the unit. These four materials are: the notice of dismissal issued by employees and related archival materials, unemployment certificate, unemployment registration form, and routine official documents from the company to the Social Security Bureau;
4. After the unemployment registration is approved, the Social Security Bureau informs the unemployed to go to training, receive unemployment benefits and apply for an employment permit;
5. After the termination of the labor relationship between the unemployed and the employing unit, they shall apply for unemployment registration with the relevant departments of the street where the household registration is located and apply for unemployment insurance benefits with the audit documents, vocational guidance and training cards, household registration books, identity cards and three one-inch bareheaded photos issued by the Social Security Bureau.

Unemployed persons who meet the following conditions can receive unemployment insurance:
(a) to participate in unemployment insurance in accordance with the provisions, the unit and I have fulfilled the payment obligations in accordance with the provisions 1 year;
(two) the employment is not interrupted because of my will;
(three) have been registered as unemployed and have job requirements.
Unemployed persons enjoy other unemployment insurance benefits during the period of receiving unemployment insurance benefits.
