Social security will not automatically terminate. If the unit fails to renew the labor contract at the expiration of the contract, the unit shall go through the formalities of stopping paying social security, and employees can continue to pay social security in the new unit or by themselves.

2. negotiate with the company independently when the contract expires. Social security during college is handled by the company's personnel manager. The labor contract expires and will be renewed within 1 month.

3. If you don't sign, you can claim twice your salary. By default, the labor inspection department has an open-ended labor contract. If the company cancels the contract, it should pay compensation, which is what we usually call severance pay. The labor law stipulates that 1 month salary must be paid for more than 6 months, and then 1 month salary must be compensated every 6 months. But this is only for the reasonable termination of the labor contract, and double wages must be paid for the termination without reason.
